both fast and effective.
Our client originally selected Text-Connect™
to use as an appointment
reminder tool, to reduce the number of 'no shows'
encountered by their staff.
They soon realised that Text-Connect™ is an
excellent credit control tool when used to chase up
outstanding payments. Because text messages arrive
directly to the mobile phone of the client they can
be sure that critical reminders have got through.
Receipt of messages can be confirmed using the Text-Connect™
