Near-miss Reporting. Subscribing to one of our 'Text-Numbers' is the perfect way to enable 'instant' near-miss reporting. Staff can report instances of bad practice or near misses simply by sending a text. Texts may be delivered directly to the email of the Health and Safety team.

• Using Text-Connect Escalate™ you pre define a group of individuals to receive your SMS text alert. When triggered, an initial text alert is sent to the first person in your list of recipients.
• When the problem is solved the person sends a text to cancel the Escalation.
• If after a period no text is received, the next person in your list receives a SMS copy of the alert message.
