We have made a huge effort to make our text-connect™ service affordable to small and medium sized businesses, with 1 years subscription of the entry level package costing about the same as a small mail shot.

Your fee includes 1 years use of a unique 'text number' on all packages except 'Trial' and 'Lite', but and you can add a text-number to these if you choose. Extra 'text to' numbers can be added to any package at extra cost for extra flexibility.

All packages come with a 'bank' of text credits for you to spend sending outgoing texts. It's quick and easy to top-up with extra credits when you run low.

You pay nothing for incoming texts from your customers or for alert emails we send to you to let you know you have a new message

Your customer will pay their standard network cost to send a text message to your text-number. Actual costs vary between mobile networks and phone contracts.

For each message you send to a UK text number 1 credit is deducted from your text 'bank'. Text messages and messages longer than 160 characters may use up more than 1 credit.

Topping up your text bank cost much the same as those found in standard mobile phone tariffs and depend on how many you buy when topping up.

'text-numbers' expire after 1 year but are easy to renew on a year by year basis. At renewal time we will send you a reminder noting the renewal fee and giving infomation on how to pay.
