Text-Connect™ provides administrators with reporting functions on the delivery of outgoing messages, enabling confirmation that any given message has arrived with it's intended recipient.

You can easily create and export reports, based on the user, the date range or the message status. Exported reports are as industry standard CSV files, making it simple to load into Excel or other software for analysis or distribution through your organisation.

The content of each incoming message, the senders number and the time of receipt are all accessible, while outgoing message content, sender & delivery time are accessible, whichever sending function was used.

Reporting is accessible via the main Text-Connect™ web mail account.
